At Dominik Scherl Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor. If your artwork is not a perfect fit for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Artwork

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
